Hi, I'm Heather! I'm an independent artist living in Erie, PA. I've been doing art full-time for over ten years now, and I've been doing graphic design and web development for 20! I love helping others learn, and my goal is to help artists with the technical stuff so that they can focus on the fun part - being creative!

I know how confusing and frustrating it can be to put your heart and soul into a creative project, and then get stuck technically and feel like giving up. That's why I'm here, to help you troubleshoot those pesky errors and get your projects done!

I have lots of YouTube videos on various technical aspects of being an artist - including creating files for Amazon KDP (because what artist *doesn't* dream of publishing their own children's book??) and creating vector art for the Cricut! Here are some of my video series:
